[THIN] UPHClean

For some reason, the UPHClean program, although running as an active service, is not working on any of our Virtual Servers.  We are running Win2k3 SP2, PS 4.0.  UPHClean is version 1.6d.

Has anyone else seen an issue with this running on Virtual Servers?
