[THIN] Tablet Users?

This is a strange one, but we've been fighting it for sometime now, hoping someone else out there might have a better idea than me.   We are a Healthcare system and our main medical information system is Meditech Client Server.  Remote location and our roaming users connect via XenApp 4.5, load balanced across about 25 servers.

Our Nurses use a Motion Computing C5 tablet, connected wireless via XenApp.  We have a couple hundred or so of these devices, but a few of them are seeing a strange issue.  When they popup the virtual keyboard to enter info in a numeric field they will start getting constant 4's in the field.  It will hit 4444, pause a few seconds and then do it again.

Is there anyone else out there that is using the Motion C-5 that maybe has seen something similar?

Thanks,
