Check that the Shared Folders component of the VMWare Tools is not installed. Also – you shouldn’t run the VMWare Tools component Memory Control Driver on Citrix Servers.

I forgot to mention that it seems to be working fine on our other 40 Physical PS servers.

For some reason, the UPHClean program, although running as an active service, is not working on any of our Virtual Servers. We are running Win2k3 SP2, PS 4.0. UPHClean is version 1.6d.
Has anyone else seen an issue with this running on Virtual Servers?
