Neither.
 
Konica Minolta have the dubious claim to making some of the most inefficient postscript drivers on this planet.
 
Canon I could take or leave.
 
HP drivers caused most of the Citrix printing instability, and grief that Citrix admins have enjoyed in the last 2-3 years so aside from the fact that HP are mending their ways, they haven't fixed any of the broken drivers for older printers, just provided the HP universal printer driver. It's at least stable but it's pretty resource hungry.
 
Only one company has consistently made TS friendly printer drivers in the last 3-4 years and that's Fuji Xerox (not Xerox).
 
Of course if Citrix had a true UPD solution you wouldn't have to ask. You could just buy the most reliable printers with the lowest per-page running costs.
