XA 5.0 for Windows 2008 is a new release that contains new features.

 

XA 5.0 for Windows 2003 is not a new release. It is based on the CPS 4.5 code. There is no rollup hotfix, no service pack, no upgrade.

 

But there are newer versions of the stuff you normally find on the Components CD.
