Hey Ronnie,
You only see this issue when using the same Farm name.
Open the Access Management Console on your new farm
Right click on the farm node and select Properties
Go to Farm-Wide > Presentation Server > General
At the top of the right hand pane it says “Respond to client broadcast messages”
Deselect (untick) the boxes
Select OK
Now the new farm will not respond to those boardcasts, but will still be accessible if you configure the Web Interface XenApp/PNagent sites correctly.
See how that goes.
Cheers,
Jeremy.

Subject: [THIN] New XenApp farm
HI ,
I set up a new XenApp farm on our local LAN, I also have a live XP Metaframe farm which all users connect to.
All users connect via a published Desktop using a ica file created via the program neighbourhood.
When users try to access the published desktop nothing happens, when I turn off the XenApp server all works fine again.
I do not have an ICA setting on our DNS server.
If I create an ica connection to our old farm would the clients pick this up first and allow me to have both farms on the one LAN.
Or is their another way of doing this?
Thanks
Ronnie
