Is the status of the session actually "disconnected" or is it "active" and you can't see anything from the client?

What processes are still running in the session after closing the app?

11.0 web client

 

When a user Clicks File / Exit on a application, Citrix disconnects the session instead of logging them off.

 

Where in Citrix am I missing having the session log them off not disconnect?
