Hi Jeff,I haven't had the pleasure, but I do enjoy (sometimes) the challenge of getting crap applications sorted out on TS and figuring out what new stupidities have been introduced. If you'd like some help drop me a line and we can work out some strategy. (rick.mack@quest.com).regards,Rick

I'm curious if anyone has ever worked with a product called Crescendo Pro and actually got it to work in a TS environment. We are having to main problems:1) When a user initially launches the application, it starts the installer. It seems that the application does not properly populate the TS shadow key but even manually plugging in the values into HKCU does not work.2) The pdf driver it installs interferes with the print spooler and citrix printing service. It locks out a portion of the registry (cannot adjust permissions or take ownership) until the server is rebooted. If you try to restart the print spooler, the server bounces every time. So, anyone else lucky enough to work with this wonderful application?Jeff Pitsch
