[THIN] Having to re-install Citrix Secure Access Client

Finding that occasionally we need to re-install the CAG Secure Access Client.  The reason for the re-install, the CAG connects, but no traffic appears to flow.  Can not get to anything on the network.  Uninstall the client, reinstall, works fine.
