Most likely the end user does not have proper access to the local machine to update the license. Try having him login into his home machine as an administrator then connect to citrix.

Does anyone know is it true that you cannot use a Terminal Service CAL on a Vista Home OS?

Subject: [THIN] HRP03 for CTX PS 4.5
In order to implement this, I need to update my License server to version 11.5. Anyone know of issues with the upgrade, affecting any of my PS 4.0 servers in a different farm?
