[THIN] Re: Nortel 2050 softphone via CAG

We use Avaya IP here and had to set a policy to increase the audio bandwidth to 384k.  Did you look into something like that?

I am testing this now, and it is nearly unusable.  Works great via Cisco VPN.

 

Any thoughts?

 

There is way too much cutting out of both person talking and person listening on the softphone.

 

Anyone else using this in this configuration?
