[THIN] Re: Citrix web interface and dual monitors

The apps are all set to run 1024X768

Running seamless apps

The login screen appears in the middle of both monitors.

I have tried Rollup 4 before and it crashed Citrix but I will try again.

I think HRP1 added some much needed multi-monitor improvements. Try installing the latest HRP and see if that helps.

What is the resolution of the monitors? Registry modification is required to support larger resolutions.

Are you running the app in a window or are you running it as a seamless app?

Does the app appear within a window even though your Web Interface preferences are configured to launch it seamless? If so then the XenApp server is not configured to support your screen resolution.

I have installed the latest Citrix web interface, XenApps 11.0 and made to registry setting noted in Citrix article CTX101644 to both of my 4.5 presentation servers and my Citrix 5.0 Web server.

Still when a user launches an application in the Citrix web interface in displays it in the middle of the two screens.

Is there a fix, I am quite new at this?
