Shiva
Apologies, you need to uninstall the patch PSE400W2K3R06 if you don’t have access to the license server. Based on the fact now that you seem to be having other problems, this is probably the best course of action for you to take.
Cheers

I would think you have two options;
· If you can do this, check the version of the license server and review Jeremy’s previous post about port numbers – if you have a firewall between your Citrix servers and your license server, ensure the Citrix server is checking the right port for the license server – you can use Telnet to check open ports;
· Uninstall the hotfix rollup – although I’ve never been a fan of doing this, it might be your only option.

Hello Russell,
No, because I can’t upgrade the license server because this license server not in our country.
What should we need to do to resolve this issue.

Hi Shiva
Did you upgrade your license server to 11.5 before installing the hotfix rollup?
Cheers
