No we are not using any anonymous users , users should login to our domain from there connecting to our server.

 

Users are using Wyse S10 client to access servers from remotely.

Just a shot in the dark... Are you using anonymous connections?  By default, there are only 15 of them.

We are using citrix presentation server 4.o & our user using  WyseTerms S10,  our users remotely they can't connect more than 15 users

Please advice what should be the error how to resolve this issues.
