I've got to say this simple little application even surprised me when running it as a Published
application on Citrix.
Although it's not just for Citrix, it allows you to launch multiple application from one command and
each application
runs in it's own process – works like a treat as a published application. I launched 4 applications
from one command
in a seamless published environment and the test user was only using a single license on the same
server, without
need for a full desktop, and with one click of a button. Additionally, the test user saw each
application as an individual
program and could close different applications without closing the session entirely. The session
closed when the last
application was closed.

TSKaapow is a command-line utility to run multiple applications from one command.
This utility was written to allow a single call to launch multiple applications
in their own process, ensuring that a user has access to only the applications
they require in a single seamless or desktop session.
TSKaapow with its parameters can exist as a shortcut on the desktop, can be run in
a script, or published as a single application that runs multiple applications,
each with its own process. TSKaapow will work as a Seamless Published application
in a Citrix environment. If multiple applications are launched via TSKaapow in a
Seamless environment, the session will not close until all applications have been
closed. In this scenario, if three applications are opened via TSKaapow, and one
is closed by the user, the other two applications continue functioning without error.
Usage:
TSKaapow [[PATH][Application] [PATH][Application] ...] [/?]
PATH - Path to the Application
Application - Application Executable
/? - Show this help file
TSKaapow without parameters will display this help file.
NOTE: If a PATH or Application does not exist, TSKaapow will
terminate at that point. Any applications launched prior will
still be operational.
E.G. TSKaapow "c:\Program Files\Office11\EXCEL.EXE" c:\windows\system32\notepad.exe
This command will launch MS Excel and notepad one after the other.
E.G. TSKaapow "c:\Program Files\Office11\EXCEL.EXE" "c:\windows\system32\notepad.exe
h:\MyTextfile.txt"
This command will launch MS Excel and h:\MyTextfile.txt in notepad
one after the other.
