This is because whoever installed it didn't delete the UserName section.

To rectify the problem change the HKCU registry of Office\UserInfo.

All,

when office is installed locally and i check the help/about/ licenced
to, it tells me that office is licenced to the logged on user. This
way, we can see who has an office file open. When i use office over
citrix,it tells me ofice is licenced to admin; this way we cant se who
has an ofic file open. Why is that?
