I guess 'Multicast IGMP' , thus enabling host and nlb communication on the
same nic/team and preventing switch flooding. On the Cisco switches we
configured 'igmp snooping' and we had to add a static arp (unicast NLB IP
address and multicast NLB mac address) to make it work.

We have multiple NLB configurations, so for our situation it paid of to
investigate and configure multicast igmp.
