[THIN] OT - SAP Extended help

Sorry for the way off topic but some of you may have seen this as it seems to relate to various other applications including office 2007

Running Vista with a full install of SAP Gui 7.1 and I launch the extended help I get the following:

It looks like the help_04.exe attempts to start but the dll is missing. I have checked and the dll is indeed missing.

I was under the impression that this dll should be either in Vista or be installed with the SAP gui if it required it.
