Installed a Advanced access gateway & upgraded to 4.5.8 on both the appliance & the AAC server.
Currently having an issue with running the access gateway plugin (VPN client) from laptops that are members of the internal domain, externally.
The client gets to the ‘’applying network policies’’ phase of the connection & hangs. From a non-domain machine, everything works fine (dns suffix added to host names etc)
External DNS name of the CAG & internal domain name are different (eg domain-name.com & domain-name.internal). As for CAG settings, the internal domain suffix is set on the CAG as are all the correct internal DNS servers etc.
Any advice is appreciated.
