[THIN] Access Mgmt Console error

I've never seen this one before.  Here is the error one of our remote admins get when launching the AMC:

"error reading object based delegated administration settings for farm XXXXX"

The only reference I can find to the error is at http://forums.citrix.com/message.jspa?messageID=637545

The server is 4.5 FP1 with rollup 2 installed.  Users are still able to connect to published apps, but admins are unable to use the AMC.
