[THIN] PDF with Hyperlinks, want hyperlinks to open in new windows....

Any thoughts?

 

I have a PDF of instructions, with a link to the tool the instructions describe how to use.  The trouble, if I click on the hyperlink to the website for the tool, it opens in the same IE window as the instructions, so the users can not open both at once.  IE6.
