[THIN] Re: MF4.5 and PCL5 or PCL6

I generally go with PCL 5 drivers as well, while both work I have occasionally had issue where the PCL 6 printing is Extremely slow, on the order of One page per minute or so.  The page will print, then wait a full minute before printing the next page. Changing to PCL 5 (Especially on the client side) seems to be the best fix
