I can recreate this on WI 4.6 & 5.0 - not all of my apps display in the WI when the app is published to security groups. I.e., Publish Outlook for the group "Outlook Users", add myself to the group, and hope to see the app.
If I create a site that forces me to enter my smartcard PIN, I see it. If I create a site that uses pass-through auth, I don't see it, though I see all of the others, most of which are also published to a group. PNAgent sees it just fine as well.
Any ideas where I should start sniffing first?
