No problems so far.  Any unpatched servers are out of use until patched, so cant answer the second question.

Anyone deployed the MS08-078 patch to their Citrix servers yet? Any problems deploying or post-deployment? Anyone seeing any problems with the IE vulnerability being exploited on unpatched servers?
