Hi,
We are just getting ready to deploy vista to a bunch of machines we have and found out that remote assitance is not working from our w2k3 citrix servers to the vista test boxes we have.
We get a pop up saying "Automation Server can't create object" I did some searching and the info I can find seems to indicate this won't work unless the client sends a request for assistance.
IS this true? Have any of you found a way to make this work without this request?
