[THIN] Re: Computer name on Screen

TSBACKDROP for terminal Servers and Citrix and PCBACKDROP for PC's will display the computer
name as part of the backgroud desktop wallpaper. These are available free at http://www.ctrl-
alt-del.com.au/CAD_TSUtils.htm

BGINFO can also be used.

To make the wallpaper permanent, whether a user is logged on or not, simply modify
the .default profile in the registry to set the wallpaper permantently to the BMP produced by
PCBackdrop or BGInfo.

eg: modify HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop
Valuename: Wallpaper
ValueType: REG_SZ
ValueData: PCBKDRP.BMP

Valuename: Wallpaperoriginx
ValueType: REG_SZ
ValueData: 512

Valuename: Wallpaperoriginy
ValueType: REG_SZ
ValueData: 100
