Dear all,
We have recurring problems of users printing in a Citrix CPS4.5 & RES Powerfuse 2008 Entreprise environment.
We have occasional issues to print with Canon/Kyocera printers from thinclients. Actually the client
Print from within their session , where powerfuse actually runs scripts to create the printqueues within the
Session.
Powerfuse is used to create session printers based on powerzones (subnets if you like).
Because the number of users is massive , so do the zones and printers located in zones
We want to compare both printserver printers (queues, drivers, default settings)
Both print servers are in use where for some printers the one is the primary printer,
and vice versa. We have some scripts to list the queues, the drivers but
Lack the single report overview of it all using WMI scripts. We need
In one report the queues, drivers (version), driverpath, type of driver (IA32 or x64), AND printersettings
Since the printservers & Citrix Servers are on x64, the printmigration tool is not supported or we couldn’t get it operating.
Is there anyone having an dump all printersettings scripts I could run to dump my printservers with above mentioned information ?
Is there a tool that could do the job ?
This to make an comparison and rule out some of the > 300 printers where human errors are the root
Of the problem
Your help would be appreciated.
