Hi All,

Does anyone know if I should be changing anything on the citrix secure gateway?

I have copied the same settings from my current web interface set up including the STA server http://servername/au/scripts/ctxsta.dll

Im pretty stuck now but I cannot even browse the PNAgent directory in IIS using explorer as I get 'You are not authorised to view this page'.
However I have added 'everyone' group to directory and Im logged on as an admin account....Im sure Im just missing a simple step so any more advise would be great??

Hi Alan

I've set this up on many sites now and we are using it in house and I've not hit a problem yet.
Make sure your iphones are version 2.2.1. The other thing is to watch this video:

If you have done all this and still can get access, is the access failing after you login to the
iphone Citrix reciever or after you lauch an app from the reciever once you have logged in?
