The app name I had (weighing in at 50 characters) was not in a folder,
so I don't know if that could be a factor.
You got me curious. I just checked and app names that are in folders
combined with the folder name are over that limit and working without
issue. My slightly educated guess is that is that alone is not a
factor.

The web server for the PN Agent or web clients will get Application
Event errors like this. So that would be something to look for.
