In the past week I have had a dramatic upswing in the number of issues with clients whose PC lock up or otherwise seem to having issues with the client software. Most are running version 10.0 through 10.2. I removed and re-installed version 11 and it does not seem to help.
They are running Windows XP for the most part SP3.
I have one client that when our program pops up a dialog box, his PC immediately shuts off.
Another, her session locks up anytime any printer related functions are attempted.
And another if the program opens any dialog box the whole session freezes.
Has anyone seen this or similar issues lately?
Its unusual to have this happen this much even if it is only 3 or 4 clients out of over 1000. The problem is that I cannot find anything on the client PC currently.
They are connecting to Presentation server 4 and 4.5 with W2k3 and w2k3x64 respectively.
