Are you pointing to a batch file or something which then point to an executable ? If so we have the same issue and there's no way around it as far as I know, unless you actually specify the executable

I have some users ended up with multiple sessions although this is not allowed in RDP/ICA configuration. I even come across a user with one active and one disconnected sessions on one server and another one active and one disconnected sessions on another server.
