Correct. UPD only works with client printers. For network printers, you'll have to install print drivers that match the print queue on the print server. Try to stick with drivers that come with Windows.
It would be nice if Citrix had a UPD for network printers but they don't. Third party products do provide this functionality.
FYI, the font you are using shows up really compressed when I view it in Gmail, making it difficult to read.
