Deleteprofiles.vbs works a treat and is now scheduled to run multiple times a day to tidy up my servers!

Thanks for the info.

Hi Jim & All,

I’ve already tried the new beta of uphc – no joy.

You can manually delete these folders so I’ll try DeleteProfiles.vbs...

Thanks for all your help!

Well if they are locked maybe he needs to install The User Profile Hive Cleanup utility.
There is now a 2.0 beta version that releases handles quite well (after a registry edit) See

Are the files/folders locked by an open process/handle, or can you manually delete them? If they are not locked, then use Joe's DeleteProfiles.vbs script found here: http://www.theshonkproject.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=50&Itemid=30. My experience shows that it succeeds where Delprof and Remprof fail.

Cheers,

Jeremy.

REMPROF doesn't even remove these empty folders.

If I had enough hair, I would start tearing it out about now.

Hi Joe,

Still no joy with the latest beta (v2.0 build 2.0.49.0 (beta)).

Any other suggestions?

Subject: [THIN] Flexprofiles Not Clearing Down - CLR Security Config

Hi All,

We're using FlexProfiles on XenApp 4.5 and have started getting an issue with local profiles not being deleted on logoff.

The orphaned profiles just contain one empty folder structure:

%userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\CLR Security Config\v2.0.50727.832

Has anyone else had this & can advise the troubleshooting steps?

Much appreciated.
