We have a situation where a firm connects to our Citrix server and uses Summation 2.7.1 (a case management software that I believe uses TIFFs). At least one of the users can print, but only up to 100 pages. After that it's blank. The Citrix server is PS4.0 on Server 2003, we use Screwdrivers 4.2.01.44 on the server, and I loaded the latest client. The printer is a Canon IR5000 using PCL5e, I updated to the latest driver. She has Vista Business Gold, I suggested SP1, but not sure that’s related. Another is on XP SP2, and had issues under 100 pages, but he was on wifi and haven't heard back after I suggested he use the network jack by his desk.
Most of the time our Citrix server is used by home users that aren't printing out this kind of volume. Inside our network, users have no problem printing over 100 pages from Summation.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing blank pages after the 100th page?
