[THIN] Re: Application in the Citrix Web client

There may be an application in the background that isn't closing, and thus not letting the session end. I know Desktop Authority and Symantec applications sometimes cause this problem.

Further, check the ICA Connection settings. I think there is a setting that can control logoff - vs - disconnet behavior for a session.

Narrowed it down to 1 of the citrix servers, so it is something with that server

There may be something still loaded in the session (kinda like the TSR of old) that doesn't shutdown after the application shutdown.

Subject: [THIN] Application in the Citrix Web client

My environment:

4.5 presentation servers
5.1.1 web server
11.0 web client

When a user Clicks File / Exit on a application, Citrix disconnects the session instead of logging them off.

Where in Citrix am I missing having the session log them off not disconnect?

Thank you
