well, the intended unattended start up or restart with delayed optin is
because to backup virtual servers, freeware vmware server.
The idea is to shudown wirtual machines, backup virtual machine folders,
and then restart or shutdown (the question), when the copy of folders
are done, then restart virtual machines (this options can do using a
option to start up when the host machine start up).
of course if you have any others ideas, will be wellcome.
